The former Martin Luther King, Jr. building is not short on history. It's been a welcoming home to tenants since 1969 when it opened it's doors to the select few of the nearly 400 applicants! Situated adjacent to the thriving Hotel Congress and the newly renovated Rialto Theatre, the One North Fifth project fills in the northwest corner of Congress and Fifth Avenue and reconnect this vital space to the urban fabric of downtown with approximately 9,000 square feet of new retail/commercial space at street level.
